Litigation Attorney (NY, NY). Provide legal svcs in connection w/ int'l disputes. Reqs Juris Doctor or Master of Laws deg, or foreign equiv. Must have 4 yrs of exp: (i) representing US & int'l clients in int'l arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the Int'l Chamber of Commerce (ICC) & the Int'l Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID); (ii) representing clients in litigation proceedings in civil law jurisdiction in Latin America; & (iii) providing advice on public int'l law matters to int'l co.'s & NGOs. Must be fluent in written & spoken Spanish, w/ the ability to draft legal submissions & conduct interviews w/ witnesses & experts in Spanish. Must be licensed to practice law in NY. Int'l travel (5%) to Latin America for arbitration hearings, prep'n of witnesses & experts, & bus. dvlpmt meetings. $390,000 - $420,000/yr.
