Description

• Assist in finance function which include:

Compliance with relevant MAS and SGX regulatory requirements from finance perspective;

Timely submission of MAS and SGX regulatory returns as CMSL holder and SGX member;

Financial close process;

Tax matters such as corporate tax, GST and WHT;

External and internal auditors;

• Management information, budgeting and financial statements production;
• Strengthen the internal control processes and automation of various work flows;
• Participate in change agenda and new business initiatives as directed by local and Group management;
• Assist in business partnering to provide advice from accounting, tax and regulatory capital perspective;
• Assist in tax planning activities such as cross border transactions and transfer pricing;
• Assist in treasury and corporate secretarial matters;
• Assist in any ad hoc assignment as directed by management
