Duties

- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions.
- Provide patient education on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to support ongoing wellness.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments, progress notes, and client feedback in compliance with health regulations.
- Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding patient service and addressing client concerns with professionalism.
- Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development through relevant training and certifications.

Skills
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Proven experience in patient assessment and customizing treatment plans accordingly.
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Knowledge of occupational health principles to support clients' workplace wellness initiatives.
- Prior med spa experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
