What You Will Master
- Online Adaptive Radiotherapy (ART): Learn the daily workflow of "contouring on the fly" and adjusting treatment plans while the patient is on the table.
- MRI Interpretation for ROs: Enhance your skills in identifying tumor boundaries and organs-at-risk (OARs) using multi-parametric MRI.
- Hypofractionation Strategies: Utilize the precision of the MR Linac to safely deliver SBRT and ultra-hypofractionated regimens.

Candidate Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Oncology Residency program.
- Board eligibility or certification.
- A strong interest in clinical research and advanced imaging technology.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Salary Range: $97,000- $100,000
