This is a wonderful opportunity to join a large, well-established behavioral health program dedicated exclusively to the care of children and adolescents. You'll work alongside a deeply supportive multidisciplinary team in an inpatient setting designed to provide focused, compassionate care while offering a schedule that supports balance and longevity.
Practice Details
- Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry role focused solely on youth populations
- Join a collaborative group of 25 providers supported by more than 100 licensed therapists
- Multidisciplinary team includes child therapists, psychiatric nurses, and dedicated support staff
- Practice environment centered on comprehensive, patient- and family-focused care
Schedule
- 7 days on, 7 days off inpatient schedule
- 100% inpatient role with no outpatient responsibilities
- Structure allows for predictable time off and recovery between rotations
Compensation & Benefits
- Generous salary structure with a $250,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
