Envision is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala in Ocala, Florida! Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the dynamic and collaborative team at AdventHealth Ocala. Join an Anesthesia Care Team comprised of 8 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs. At AdventHealth Ocala, we value our employees and encourage work/life balance. The Chief CRNA duties will include, but are not limited to:-Scheduling-Staff development-Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and attending recruiting events-Liaison with hospital leaders-Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital-Participate in leadership and development activities-Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews-Orientation and onboarding of new hires Highlights of this opportunity include:-Newly Increased Compensation-$100K Date Bonus with 3-year commitment-Annual Case Volume of 12K-14K with 16 ORs, Endo suite, OB Suite, Neuro IR suite-OB Volume: 2,500 annually-Case Mix: General, OB, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, and minimal healthy Peds.
