Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, Engagement.

In this role you will

• Propose and implement staff engagement activities including annual dinner, festival celebrations and CSR community events;
• Manage content updates for internal platforms, including monthly staff newsletter;
• Design and draft internal communications in various channels;
• Assist in staff gift preparation and distribution including designing birthday eCard; and
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for administrative work and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

To be successful you will need

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in event management/ graphical design/ video editing is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Champions positive and collaborative values and behaviors
