Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm | Full-Time | No Weekends
Ophthalmology Associates of San Antonio (OASA), founded in 1970, is the city's most historic practice and the first group practice in San Antonio. OASA is seeking its first Optometrist to join its practice program. The Optometrist will complement our anterior segment and refractive surgeons. The target employment date is July 2026 or July 2027.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnosis and management of ocular diseases
Complete and Annual Eye Exams
Refractions
Contact Lens Fittings
Surgical Consultations for Cataract and Refractive Procedures
Collaborative team care with all ophthalmologists of the practice and clinical team
Must be willing to travel 1-2 days per week to outlying satellite clinics
Must possess excellent skills and knowledge
Technology/Diagnostics include:
Fundus Photography, HVF, OCT, Pentacam, Lenstar, Atlas, and LDD for Light Adjustable Lenses.

Requirements
Qualifications:
OD Degree and active Texas Optometry License (or ability to obtain)
New Graduates and candidates with 1-2 Years of Experience are encouraged to apply
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
