Responsibilities
Revolution is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team at our Little Rock, AR facility. This role is critical to ensuring production teams have the tools and supplies they need to operate efficiently and without interruption. The Tool Crib Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, issuing and tracking tools, organizing storage areas, and coordinating the ordering and replenishment of supplies. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies in the tool crib.
- Issue and receive tools and materials to/from production personnel.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder items as needed to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to ensure the timely delivery of supplies.
- Perform routine audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and label tools and supplies for easy access and accountability.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the tool crib area.
- Assist with tracking tool usage and maintenance schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or tool crib operations required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
