Physiotherapist – Work, Live & Play in South-West WA (Mondays Off!)
Are you a New Grad or Early-Career Physio ready to escape the city grind and enjoy a coastal lifestyle - with built-in long weekends?
At Spine & Sports Physiotherapy, we’re looking for a motivated and friendly Physiotherapist (1–2 years’ experience preferred) to join our growing team across our three South-West clinics: Bunbury (Arthur St), Bunbury (Anytime Fitness), and our new Donnybrook Clinic.
With Mondays off every week, you’ll have the freedom to explore the South-West properly - from beach days and surf mornings to winery lunches, hiking trails, and weekend getaways - without sacrificing your professional development.
We offer stability, structure, and an exceptional mentoring program designed to help you become a confident, well-rounded physio - while still giving you the lifestyle you moved south for.
Start date: Negotiable.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Work-Life Balance, Done Right - means guaranteed long weekends to rest, recharge, or explore the South-West. Perfect for travel, surfing and camping trips, or simply to fully enjoy a good Sunday session.
- Competitive Salary + Rewards - Earn $80–120K base salary (depending on experience) plus Quarterly Rewards through our commission system (40–50%), allowing you to potentially earn an extra $30–40K per year.
- $5,000 CPD Signing Bonus - Use it for Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, or another skill you’re keen to develop.
- Christmas Break - We take time to rest and recharge over the Christmas and New Year period. The clinic closes so you can enjoy the South-West summer - think beach mornings, BBQs, and no work emails.
- Birthday Leave - Your birthday = your day off, paid.
- FREE Anytime Fitness Membership - Global access to any ATF location.
- $1,000 Relocation Support - For eligible candidates moving to the South-West.
- Extended Travel or Sabbatical Leave - We support big life goals too! Team members have the opportunity to take extended breaks for travel or personal adventures.
- Visa Sponsorship Available - only for candidates currently living in Australia.
- Modern Facilities & Varied Workspaces - Work across multiple South-West clinics with access to a purpose-built rehab gym, Clinical Pilates studio, Shockwave Therapy, and treatment spaces within a large commercial gym - offering variety and great facilities to keep your days engaging.
- Mentoring & Professional Growth - Learn from senior physios with a structured mentoring and development program that supports you from day one.

- Gradual Caseload Build-Up – Start with longer sessions and more admin breaks as you find your rhythm. Initial appointments begin at 60 mins, gradually moving to 40 mins; follow-ups remain 30 mins (or 20 mins if you’re confident and want to earn more).

What’s It Like Working Here?
"I started at Spine and Sports Physiotherapy as a new grad and absolutely love it here! I have grown a lot as a physiotherapist and it’s all thanks to Dan and the team! Dan made it possible for me to earn more than I expected as a new grad and is open and supportive of all my goals, so much so that I’ve achieved all my 3 year goals in 18 months! We’ve even built a gym and pilates studio which was a goal I talked about in my interview! Next up is developing my business skills, working towards management and looking into buying into the practice. I can’t wait to see where the next 3 years take me!" ~ Leila, Physiotherapist
"My first year at Spine and Sports has been absolutely fantastic! The varied caseload has given me experience in many different fields, and the individualised mentoring sessions have been incredible for encouraging constant improvement, learning and self-reflection. I’ve especially appreciated the way that Dan has prioritised tailoring the position to suit my lifestyle. There’s never been pressure to reduce appointment times - it’s all about ensuring that you’re learning as much as you can and feeling as comfortable as possible" ~ Tom, Physiotherapist
“I started straight out of Uni at Spine and Sports Physiotherapy as a new grad and so far it has been awesome! I have grown and learnt so much as a physio and the work environment here is excellent! I’ve experienced a few challenges in my personal life this year that disrupted my mental health and Dan and the team didn’t think twice of being accommodating to my situation. I’m very glad I started my journey here in this practice as I feel very supported to learn as much as I can at my own pace to become a better physio for my patients whilst maintaining a healthy work-life environment.” ~ Dina, Physiotherapist
“I recently began working at Spine and Sports following the completion of my physiotherapy degree, and the experience has been outstanding. The entire team is incredibly welcoming and consistently willing to share their knowledge and support my growth. We hold weekly professional development case conferences, which foster collaborative learning and allow us to continually improve as a team. My mentors, Dan and Alex, have gone above and beyond in developing my clinical skills and equipping me with the tools needed to become an exceptional physiotherapist. The clinic strongly supports a healthy work–life balance, allowing me time for regular gym training and to maintain my sporting commitments alongside my professional development.” ~ Kate, Physiotherapist
