Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of active legal practice
• Personal injury experience preferred; however, attorneys from other practice areas with strong fundamentals and exceptional drive are encouraged to apply
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive—with a strong desire to exceed performance benchmarks
• Deep commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high professional standards
• Strong communication, negotiation, and case-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment
• For the right candidate without prior PI experience, we offer hands-on mentorship and training from seasoned personal injury professionals.
