Retinal Diagnostic Center (RDC), a thriving, well-established retina-only group, is seeking a board eligible/board certified Retina Specialist.
About the practice:
Since 1980, Retinal Diagnostic Center has been a leader of medical and surgical vitreoretinal care in the Bay Area. Headquartered in Campbell, with 5 additional locations including West San Jose-O’Connor, East San Jose-Regional, Gilroy, Santa Cruz, and Watsonville, we benefit from a strong referral base and premier reputation in the region, making our group an ideal place for a new physician to establish and grow their practice.
Retinal Diagnostic Center is also deeply committed to advancing retina research. Our research department, located in Campbell, is headed by Amr Dessouki, M.D. who has been the principal investigator for several national and international multi-center clinical trials. He works closely with several pharmaceutical companies, while our other physicians participate as co-investigators.
Compensation and Benefits:
In addition to being highly challenged professionally, in joining our practice, you can expect to be well compensated for your efforts and would enjoy:
$400-600k+ earning potential years 1-3 with quick partnership track with no buy in or loans to pay, with partners having the ability to earn a substantially higher salary.
