Practice Overview
- 100% outpatient Primary Care within a growing, patient-centered organization
- Multiple clinic locations, including San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Lompoc, and Santa Maria
- Optional teaching involvement with a Family Medicine residency program
- Collaborative team environment with strong practice infrastructure
- Phone-only call limited to approximately four weeks per year
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary with RVU productivity incentives
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and $50,000 retention bonus
- Up to $144,000 in student loan repayment

Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Active California license or eligibility to obtain one
- Committed to outpatient, relationship-based primary care
- Position not eligible for J1 or H1B visa sponsorship
