This opportunity is ideal for a high‑performing investment banking analyst who wants to transition from transaction support to true ownership investing.

As a Private Equity Investment Associate, you will move beyond "execution only" work and gain direct exposure to how professional investors think, decide and create value over time. You will be embedded in live deals, contributing to investment theses, shaping valuation judgments, and seeing how commercial and strategic decisions impact long‑term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment performance and returns.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and assist in value creation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Over 2 years of hands-on deal execution experience in investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Commercial mindset with interest in long‑term investing
