Responsibilities
- Own product delivery for external partner integrations (kiosk and ATM providers): coordinate intake, scoping, project charters, and kickoffs with Solutions Consulting; manage milestones through pilot and general availability.
- Shepherd API-based integrations (e.g., Retail Transaction Gateway (RTG) and disbursement services): provide partner-facing enablement materials, share credentials via standard process, and ensure smooth hand-offs to engineering and operations.
- Partner onboarding & readiness: align on approved use cases, store lists, and go-live checklists; coordinate retailer setup (e.g., product configuration, store locator updates) with internal teams.
- Manage cross-functional execution with Engineering, Solutions Consulting, and Field/Support—facilitate issue triage, communicate status/risk, and drive timely resolution through launch.
- Maintain core product artifacts (high-level flows, partner toolkits, solution overviews, and requirements summaries) and keep them current for field, sales, and partners.
- Coordinate retailer & channel certifications (e.g., in-store cash-out and ATM experiences) in partnership with Solutions Consulting and platform teams.
- Measure performance & quality: monitor adoption, time-to-integrate, operational incidents, and partner satisfaction; convert findings into backlog items and process improvements.
- Support compliance and risk alignment (e.g., identity/velocity controls) by partnering with relevant internal owners; capture product requirements and track decisions into delivery plans.
- Serve as a clear point of contact for partner questions on scope, schedule, deliverables, and production readiness—escalating across internal teams when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 37 years in product or program management within payments/fintech or platform integrations, with a track record of delivering partner-facing launches.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage dependencies, and communicate status and risks to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supporting API-based partner enablement, working with Solutions Consulting/Engineering and external developers through sandbox, testing, and go-live.
- Comfortable translating partner needs into clear requirements, artifacts, and go-to-market deliverables; proficient with typical PM tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence, or equivalents).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Execution focus: plans, organizes, and delivers multi-party integrations on time; anticipates blockers and drives resolution.
- Partner empathy & communication: clear, concise updates to external developers and internal stakeholders; keeps everyone aligned on scope and timelines.
