Please note that for this role, C1 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You Will Do

• Product & UX/UI Efforts: Conduct usability assessments and contribute to UI/UX design reviews to refine workflows and screen designs. Work closely with our UX/UI Designer.
• UX Awareness: Understand what makes a good user experience and identify areas for improvement. You don't need to be a designer but will help bridge the gap between engineering and UX.
• Collaborate Closely with the Team: Work hand-in-hand with the tech, design, product teams to switch tasks efficiently and prioritize what matters most.
• Support Product Maintenance and Development: Contribute to dashboard concepts, ongoing software improvements, and contract-related features-help shape our product for the long-term.
• Communication Hub: Collect feedback, triage bug reports, and create clear tickets for the engineering team. Strong communication is key.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Genuine interest in renewable energy and willingness to dig into technical details.
• Experience or strong interest in UI/UX principles, usability testing, and design critique, even if primarily self-taught or from academic projects.
• Excellent communication abilities in German (C1) and English (C1). You're confident talking to multiple stakeholders.
• You have a product mindset, understand the customer's perspective, and anticipate issues before they arise.
• You are excited about clean energy, unafraid to speak up to solve problems and working in a collaborative team that values learning and ownership.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, UX/UI, or a traditional product management role.
