Job summaryThe BPO SPE Data role is designed for individuals with 4 to 5 years of experience in managing and analyzing data within a business process outsourcing environment. The candidate will be responsible for utilizing MS Office tools to streamline data processes and ensure accuracy. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with a focus on day shifts. The position does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze data to support business process outsourcing operations.
- Utilize MS Office tools to streamline data processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and procedures.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all data-related activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management strategies.
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance data processing capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in data management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data-related projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Have experience in a BPO environment understanding its dynamics and challenges.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Display effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
- Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
