We're Hiring: Rust Developer (Low-Latency Trading Systems)

Hong Kong | On-site | Visa Sponsorship Available

We are a hedge fund with a highly technical, 13-person team focused on systematic and algorithmic trading across both centralized and decentralized markets. We're looking for a Rust Developer to help design and operate mission-critical, low-latency trading infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate low-latency trading systems , market data pipelines, and exchange connectivity
• Work closely with traders and researchers to productionize strategies from simulation to live trading
• Own systems end-to-end : architecture, coding, reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and on-call rotation
• Profile and optimize performance across allocation, concurrency, I/O, and networking
• Build systems that are robust, observable, and fault-tolerant

What We're Looking For

• Strong programming background in Rust or C++ , ideally in front-office trading systems
• Deep understanding of concurrency, networking, and performance profiling
• Clean engineering practices: testing, documentation, and code reviews
• Degree in CS, EE, Math, or equivalent experience
• Fluent English

If your Rust experience is limited but you're a strong C++ engineer with clear Rust enthusiasm (projects, learning track), we'd still love to hear from you.
