Adena is seeking a Saw Operator to support structural steel fabrication operations. This role is responsible for reviewing cut tickets, preparing raw materials, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring accurate, organized output from the cutting process. The ideal candidate has experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, and structural band saws, along with the ability to read basic blueprints and measurements. This position plays an important role in preparing structural steel components used in large-scale projects across the country.

Position Description:
- Identify job numbers on cut tickets and coordinate with the supervisor regarding production priorities.
- Review cut tickets for accuracy and confirm required material specifications.
- Use a Lull or forklift to bring raw materials in from the yard.
- Operate overhead cranes to load and unload the saw safely.
- Organize, label, and stage cut material in a neat and orderly manner.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work area at all times.
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
- Ability to read and write in English
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work a 6:00 AM start time, 4055 hours per week
- Availability for occasional Saturday shifts, as needed
