Position Overview:
The position of Senior Adviser provides strategic and operational support and advice to the CEO and the LIV Executive Leadership Team. The position works alongside the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to support delivery of our organisational wide and departmental priorities. The role will be varied and include assisting in the planning, tracking, monitoring and delivering of a range of key strategic initiatives for the various the CEO and LIV departments and wider Organisation and ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role will require you to attend key strategic stakeholder meetings with the CEO or executive members or attend on their behalf to represent them.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support and lead the delivery of activities across the business.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks, particularly in relation to cross-departmental activity.
- Identify and understand the requirements of the Executive Leadership Team and provide tailored operational and strategic support and high-level advice on a range of operational and strategic activities.
- Facilitate and oversee critical stakeholder engagement and meetings, including identifying required engagements, pre-meetings, briefings and follow up to effectively set up engagements and enable progress and decisions to be made and followed up.
- Lead and support a range of activities and projects and keep connected with and seek input as required from key stakeholders to overcome roadblocks and ensure progress.
- Provide high level analysis, advice and thought leadership to the Executive Leadership Team on emerging issues and deliver regular and targeted updates and advice on strategic projects.

- A tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g. law, policy, communications, business administration or project management) would be highly regarded.
