Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on an onsite project in Riyadh. You will tackle unique challenges, work on diverse projects, and gain hands-on experience across multiple sectors while developing a strong problem-solving toolkit. Key Responsibilities

- Drive analytical workstreams, including data collection, quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
- Support the design and development of client recommendations by collaborating closely with project teams and client stakeholders across various industries.
- Contribute to business development efforts through proposal creation, client pitches, and case study development.
- Develop internal and external knowledge assets, including thought-leadership, frameworks, and research papers.
- Take part in firm-building activities such as recruiting, coaching junior team members, and supporting internal capability development.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, strategy, or related fields
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-starter who can prioritize effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Eager to contribute ideas and take ownership from day one

- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, OW, Bain, Alvarez, Arthur D Little) or Big 4 is a plus
