Liquidity domain

In Cash Data domain we are working every day to help our corporate clients run their business smoothly. The clients that are using and benefiting from the results of our work are well-known multinational corporates, many of which you know and use their products. The products we provide to clients are sight deposits, overdrafts, intraday credit-facilities, term deposits and off-balance sheet investments. Those products help clients to make payments to their employees, suppliers, and achieve their cash management goals.

As a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/x), you will work closely with top management of the bank and engineering teams to maximize bank's profitability and deliver key data products.

Your key responsibilities

• You will need to build deep understanding of a financial industry area and bank's operational model within this area. After that you will need to learn how those processes are implemented in different countries and what data artefacts are being produced (and you will enjoy this journey!). You will need strong analytical and communication skills as well as understanding of industry.
• Together with business and top management of the bank you will find opportunities to increase revenue, manage risks and optimize our portfolio.
• Once opportunities are identified you will dig deeper into datasets to define which attributes and data sources are required, access data quality and design data model and updates to data workflow.
• As a next step you will be working hand to hand with engineering team to make "it come true". You will need to be able to speak to engineers, deliver message clearly and write requirements specifications.
• As a result - you will run the demo in front of bank's management and will see how something you have created start influence billions of EUR that banks operate and people and corporations across the globe.

Your skills and experiences

• Previous experience with business analysis.
• Several years of working experience in SQL.
• Working with APIs.
• Good knowledge of the agile working methods.
• Advanced English (both verbal and written).
• Data Governance experience: data modelling, integration, quality testing.
• General understanding of finance (understanding of treasury, liquidity, cash management) is a plus.
• Working within a shared teams environment.
• Project Management experience.
• Experience in cloud environments would be beneficial.
• Python knowledge is a big plus
