Opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer with growing & innovative legal practice | Hybrid/remote working on offer Your new companyThis newly established and innovative legal practice is growing at a fast pace. With offices across 3 states and a strong network of referrals from leading buyer's agents, it is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join its Melbourne team as it looks to scale the business.
Your new role
You will independently manage residential conveyancing files in Victoria from start to finish and liaising directly with clients, brokers and agents. There is also an opportunity to manage matters across other jurisdictions, depending on experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 4 years experience in residential conveyancing matters in Victoria. Additional conveyancing experience in QLD, NSW, WA, SA or TAS will also be highly regarded. It is essential that you have the ability to work autonomously to see matters through from initial instructions right through to post-settlement, together with exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities. You will also have previous experience with PEXA, Smokeball, TriConvey or similar legal technology.
