Your new company

Our business partner is an actively growing bank that is seeking an experienced Treasury Marketing Sales (SVP/VP) to provide quality treasury and corporate solutions to clients and drive the revenue for the team.

Your new role

As a key member of the bank, you will:

• Carry out daily operational tasks, including client relationship management, P&L reconciliation, and monitoring fund settlements.
• Lead client coverage efforts by managing and expanding relationships with key corporate, institutional, and financial sector clients, ensuring high-quality delivery of treasury solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive solutions to designated clients, such as timely market updates, execution support, and trading strategy recommendations.
• Drive the expansion of treasury products by formulating specific business plans and policies, and effectively resolving issues throughout new product launches.
• Ensure full compliance with Head Office guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and the Bank's Audit, Credit, Compliance, and Risk policies.
• Prepare research reports and business analyses to support management and supervisor decision-making.
• Review and enhance product workflows and processes when necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury Marketing, FX Sales, or similar front‑office treasury roles. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese are required. Qualifications like CFA, ECF-TM, FRM, etc will always be a plus. A proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing long‑term client relationships is necessary to excel at this position.
