We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage and grow a Service Center with 50+ employees in Porto. You will lead a multi-layered team, ensure high-quality fund and operational services, and drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Porto site and its team, ensuring high performance and compliance
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Oversee operational performance, KPIs, and process optimization
• Ensure alignment with regulations and organizational policies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years senior-level experience in Operations, HR, or Business Management
• Basic knowledge of Fund Accounting is a must
• Experience in BPO, back- or mid-office operations is a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
