Im partnered with a New York-based proprietary trading firm who's seeking an experienced Quant Trader to join their high‑performing, multi‑strategy platform. The firm has evolved from a tightly run prop operation into a diversified, well‑capitalized trading business. The environment is designed for seasoned traders who bring a structural edge and thrive in an entrepreneurial, performance‑driven culture.

Teams operate primarily out of New York, with a lean, collaborative headcount structure that ensures visibility, autonomy, and direct access to senior leadership. The firm trades both proprietary capital and external allocations, with AUM steadily increasing and further expansion planned.

What Good Looks Like:

~Proven experience running and scaling alpha‑generating strategies with a demonstrated Sharpe ratio of 3+, ideally within a prop or multi‑strategy environment.

~Trading expertise in one of the following products: Volatility/Options, ETFs, Commodities, Cash Equities, Credit, Mortgages, in either a market making or market taking capacity.

~Ability to apply quantitative methods to identify and exploit structural inefficiencies

~Demonstrated impact improving or contributing to trading systems, prediction frameworks, and analytical tooling, thriving in an environment that encourages innovation and iteration.

~Partner with senior leaders on research, capital deployment, and new‑strategy development.
