We're hiring again for a new location! Mastery Golf Performance was founded in 2022 here in Hilton Head Island, SC by Bill Schmedes III. MGP is an indoor/outdoor golf studio specializing in golf instruction lead by one of the top ranked coaches in the country. We've expanded quickly and now have 4 locations. We've been named best of HHI from 2022-current. Our facility targets dedicated golfers looking to take their games to the next level. Our indoor facilities currently offer 5 hitting bays with the potential for 6 in HHI, 4 hitting bays with the potential for 6 in Beaufort, and access to 2 golf clubs in Bluffton where we have exclusive rights. We offer Trackman, Foresight, Swing Cat, Boditrak, Capto, and video technology in each of our bays, putting green, short game area, and entertainment space. Our outdoor facilities offer 36 holes, 2 seperate ranges, 2 putting greens, and 2 short game areas. This is a growth position and the right candidate can advance quickly if it's the right fit to make over the stated compensation.

Experience Required

• 2 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, hard work ethic, drive to be the best coach possible
• Time under a "top ranked coach" a plus
• Developmental junior golf experience a plus
• Group programming experience a plus
• Club fitting experience a plus
• Experience/Certifications with a wide variety of technologies

Essential Responsibilities

Mastery Golf Performance is looking for a Full-Time Teaching Professional (must be a self starter!) that will work closely with the Director of Instruction to aid a very busy indoor golf studio, as well as our outdoor facilities, as we continue to grow rapidly. The ideal candidate must be a driven, a self-starter, and will need to be passionate about teaching and coaching with a goal to grow with our company. The position is an hourly/percentage position. The right candidate will learn directly under one of the top instructors in the country, assist in daily operations, promote, assist with group programming, and have a front row seat to see how to become a successful golf instructor.
