About the role
Forterra is seeking a Technical Project Manager for our Business Systems team who will relentlessly drive delivery across our core enterprise systems. This role is execution-focused and highly visible, with a meaningful opportunity to grow in scope as trust and impact are established. You will run delivery for Business Systems initiatives, keep teams moving, surface risks early, and ensure work ships with discipline and transparency. You will partner closely with Business Systems Analysts, engineers, and functional leaders to turn roadmap priorities into outcomes. This role is ideal for a TPM who is comfortable owning delivery, understands technical systems, and is ready to level up over time into broader program responsibility.
What you'll do
- Lead execution of Business Systems projects from intake through rollout
- Run Agile delivery rituals including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Translate roadmap priorities into clear execution plans with milestones and dependencies
- Partner with BSAs, engineers, and functional stakeholders to align on scope, sequencing, and testing
- Own delivery hygiene including timelines, RAID logs, and release readiness
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and tradeoffs with recommended mitigation paths
- Coordinate UAT, rollout planning, enablement, and post-launch stabilization
- Provide clear, concise delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Continuously improve delivery processes and execution cadence
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A in a related field from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- 5 to 10+ years of experience delivering technical or systems initiatives
- Strong experience running Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Technical fluency across enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, integrations, or data platforms
- Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action and ownership
- Clear, direct communicator who can work effectively with both technical and nontechnical partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite and related systems such as Salesforce, Arena PLM, Celigo, Jira or similar tools
- Background in product, engineering, QA, or technical implementation roles
- Experience operating in regulated, defense, or safety-critical environments
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification

The salary range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors. The salary offered to candidates will vary based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education, specialized training, critical expertise, training, and more. Equity in Forterra is included in most of our full-time, high-demand roles and is therefore considered part of Forterra's overall compensation package. In addition to base salary and equity, Forterra offers competitive benefits for full-time employees including:
