Description

Ticket Takers assist guests and scan admission tickets at various locations within the Summerfest grounds. 

Efficiently scan admission tickets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Maintain integrity of assigned admission gate
Ability to accurately and efficiently operate the scanners
Familiarity with your work area, including the Summerfest grounds
Strong knowledge of all Summerfest ticket types
Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests
Follow opening and closing procedures
Communicate guest concerns or issues to supervisor promptly
Perform other duties as assigned 
Ability to work effectively with others
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Adhere to Milwaukee World Festival/Summerfest uniform policy and operational policies
Ability to safely walk long distances throughout the festival grounds
Ability to remain standing or seated for extended periods of time 
Constant movement, bending, reaching and repetitive motions  
Ability to occasionally lift stock up to 50 pounds
