Description

• Lead the Group's management of FX and interest rate risks to ensure the positioning aligns with overall financial goals and risk appetite.
• Maintain the risk and hedging framework, regularly refreshing policies and programmes as markets, business profile, accounting rules and governance standards change.
• Track FX, rate and derivatives exposures and hedges positions, flagging exceptions early and driving timely follow-up so positions stay within agreed limits.
• Conduct structured financial risk analysis, such as scenario and sensitivity analysis, stress tests and portfolio reviews.
• Prepare risk proposals and present to senior management and the board.
• Oversee execution of FX, rate and derivatives trades, making sure processes, controls, regulations, data quality and hedge accounting requirement are all met.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACT/CTP, CFA, HKICPA/CPA, FRM are highly preferred.
• At least 8 years' relevant experience in treasury/finance/banking/financial risk, with meaningful hands-on responsibility for FX and/or interest rate risk.
• Solid grasp of FX and interest rate products, market drivers, derivatives and hedge accounting.
• Growth mindset, Good technical sense - relevant system and Oracle user is a plus.
• Highly structured, analytical and confident in communicating with senior stakeholders
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
