Animal Medical Center of Forney, a proud Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our welcoming, fast-paced team. Our hospital provides primary care, urgent care, boarding, and daycare for dogs and cats throughout Forney, Mesquite, Terrell, and Rockwall.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be a vital connection between our clients, patients, and medical team by:

• Greeting clients and pets warmly and setting the tone for a positive visit
• Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
• Answering phones, emails, and non-medical client questions with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow-ups
• Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information in hospital systems
• Ensuring financial responsibilities are met, including invoicing and cash drawer reconciliation
• Keeping reception, waiting, and exam areas clean and organized
• Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with fellow team members

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Customer service experience required; veterinary experience (1+ year) strongly preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary triage is a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling financial transactions and basic accounting
• Team-oriented with a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced situations

Schedule Requirements

• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work rotating weekends
