We are seeking a Vice President of Product to lead TriForza's product strategy, development, and execution across a growing portfolio of digital experience, data-driven and analytics solutions. This executive will drive innovation, scale product delivery, and ensure alignment with TriForza's mission to remove barriers to healthcare and deliver measurable value to our clients and partners.

The pay range for this position varies between $200,000.00 $300,000.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza Corp. intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Product Strategy & Innovation:
- Define and evolve TriForza's product vision in line with strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Develop the value proposition, go-to market strategy and business plan for products in our Advanced Analytics and AI product group which includes Sales CRM, BI, and AI for oral health and payer based products.
- Define new product opportunities to leverage data, analytics and advanced technologies (e.g., AI) to drive digital transformation in the oral health industry.
- Align product direction with TriForza's mission to improve access and equity in healthcare.
- Anticipate market trends and apply emerging technologies to deliver competitive value
Organizational Leadership & Team Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional product team(s).
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Invest in talent development and promote collaboration across departments.
- Oversee product communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure plans are aligned, expectations are appropriately managed, and customers understand the value of your product portfolio.
Product Execution & Operational Excellence:
- Lead agile product development with strong backlog ownership and sprint discipline.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, marketing, and client success to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Ensure timely execution and measurable impact across the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure appropriate resources to meet product development needs and clear alignment on goals and schedule between product and engineering.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Insight:
- Represent product leadership in governance forums and strategic initiatives.
- Align internal and external stakeholders around shared priorities, delivery plans, and long-term value creation.
- Monitor industry trends and identify unmet needs in oral health and payer technology space.
- Champion a product mindset centered on client outcomes and drives measurable outcomes.
- Develop plans for sustainable financial models across your product P&L, demonstrating how plans and investments impact financial models
- Communicate product strategy, plans, and financials to executive leadership in the form of Quarterly Business Reviews and Board Meetings.
Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
- 10+ years in product leadership roles with a strong track record of scaling teams and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder solutions in healthcare, insurance, SaaS, or payer systems
- Able to demonstrate experience and effect of utilizing advanced analytics (e.g., AI) to deliver value
- Deep expertise in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and customer-centric design, with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes
- Experience leading innovation through digital platforms, AI, and emerging technologies to meet evolving market and client needs
- Skilled in shaping product strategy by aligning customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility within complex, matrixed environments
- Proven ability to develop talent, build inclusive, high-performing teams, and inspire through a clear, mission-driven product vision focused on advancing health equity
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a history of delivering business value through technical leadership, trusted partnerships, and scalable solutions
- Strong ability to leverage data insights from customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to guide prioritization and inform product and business strategy
- Executive presence with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build alignment across engineering, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Background in oral health technology or payer operations is a strong plus
