We're working with a highly regarded, mission-led investment firm to hire a proactive Client Team Associate to join their London office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in investment management, consulting services, or private wealth management to step into a varied role supporting client relationships across Europe. You'll work closely with colleagues across London and the US, developing deep knowledge of global public markets strategies (with a particular focus on Global and Asia Equities), while supporting a wide range of investor engagement activity.

Key responsibilities

1. Build a strong understanding of investment strategies, portfolios and processes to enhance the client experience
2. Support and gradually take ownership of coverage for prospective and existing client relationships
3. Attend and help host client meetings, and gain exposure to internal research discussions
4. Update and coordinate marketing materials and client-facing content
5. Draft high-quality responses to investor and consultant queries, including due diligence requests and bespoke information needs
6. Support ad hoc client projects including prospect research and in-depth DDQ requests
7. Contribute to CRM best practice (Salesforce) and content management processes (RFP/DDQ libraries)

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree and/or professional experience within investment management, consulting services, or private wealth management
2. Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, bespoke responses for different investor audiences
3. Passion for sustainability and its role in long-term investing
4. Highly organised, process-oriented, and comfortable balancing proactive and reactive work
5. Confident working across internal stakeholders (Investment, Legal, Operations) and across time zones
6. Advanced MS Office skills; CRM experience (Salesforce) is beneficial
7. Additional European language skills are helpful but not essential
