Director of Music Job Description - First Pres. High Point, NC Seeking an inspiring full-time Music Director to cultivate a closer relationship with Jesus Christ through vocal and instrumental music. This role manages the church music program, plans services with the Senior Pastor and the church organist/choir accompanist, and directs adult, youth, and handbell choirs. The ideal candidate possesses choral conducting experience, basic keyboard skills, and a passion for shepherding staff, volunteers, and musicians of all ages and music reading levels. Salary commensurate with experience. Full benefits package; PTO and Con. Ed budget also included. 

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Music required. Advanced study preferred.
