Practice Details
- Join a multidisciplinary oncology team including Hem/Onc, Radiation Oncology, and experienced Nurse Practitioners
- Fully integrated cancer center with onsite infusion, laboratory, imaging, radiation therapy, palliative care, and clinical research
- Broad oncology services including PET/CT, BITE therapy, oncology rehabilitation, nurse navigation, and radiation services
- Phone-only call rotation of 1:5, with weekly coverage and requirement to be within one hour of the hospital
Schedule
- Full-time clinic-based schedule with first patient at 8:20 a.m. and last patient by 4:00 p.m.
- Daily patient volume of approximately 12 to 15 patients, with 3 to 5 new consults weekly
- After the first year, the option to move to a four-day workweek with protected administrative time
- Call shared from Friday to Friday and handled by phone only
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary in the $630,000 to $660,000 range with uncapped productivity potential
- Total earning potential exceeding $800,000 with the established compensation model
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Thirty-five days of PTO, six paid holidays, and a CME allowance of $5,000
- An additional $2,500 for licensing and professional fees
- Retirement plan with employer match, malpractice coverage with tail, and lifestyle and wellness stipends
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Comfortable managing a high-volume clinic with a broad range of oncology cases
- Interest in clinical research and teaching is welcomed but not required
- Ability to live within one hour of the hospital due to call responsibilities
