Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly as they enter "The View" and provide a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and efficiently seat guests, taking into account server rotation and section assignments.
Effectively communicate with the kitchen and servers to ensure a smooth and organized flow of service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand, lobby, and waiting areas.
Assist with managing waitlists during peak hours and estimate wait times accurately.
Provide guests with information about the menu, daily specials, and any promotions.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with servers and management to optimize guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is preferred.
