This established ophthalmology department specializes in cataract surgery with abundant opportunities for sub-specialty care and outreach as part of a robust regional practice. Work alongside experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists with outstanding ophthalmic technician support in a state-of-the-art clinic equipped with advanced diagnostic technology. This clinic-employed position offers the stability and resources of a financially strong, nonprofit healthcare system, conveniently located near CentraCare’s expanded surgery center for seamless surgical collaboration.

Willmar, MN Opportunity
Join CentraCare as an Ophthalmologist with the CentraCare-Willmar Eye Clinic in beautiful Southwest Minnesota. This established ophthalmology practice offers cataract surgery and the opportunity to perform additional procedures based on your interests, supported by a collaborative team of optometrists, experienced optometry assistants, and skilled technicians. Located near the surgery center with an onsite retail optical store and up-to-date clinical equipment, the clinic provides a comprehensive, patient-centered environment within a financially sound, integrated healthcare system, with potential outreach opportunities across the region.

Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $425,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
